We share the property boundary with Pu’uhonua O Hōnaunau National Historical Park. The helicopter traffic and noise is very intrusive. They are flying very low, and appear to be using the sea cliffs as a landing spot. I don’t know if this is to drop off fishermen, or they’re landing for other reasons, but the flying and circling low over the sea cliffs (and our home in Kiilae Farms) has robbed us of our peaceful environment. Restrictions must be put in place to maintain sufficient distance from homes so that we can enjoy our properties without the abundance of noise pollution.
