HICoP has established the HAWAII TOUR COPTER DEBACLE DISASTER HALL OF SHAME. HICoP will “Honor” those elected office holders and bureaucrats that have demonstrated a total disregard for their constituents by totally ignoring the totally unnecessary incessant tour copter noise nuisance pollution torture.
Hawaii Volcanoes is the most tour copter impacted National Park in the Nation, by far.
Haleakala is the 4th most tour copter impacted National Park in the Nation.
Hawaii Island is the most tour copter impacted County in the Nation.
The State of Hawaii is the most tour copter impacted State in the Nation.
The HALL OF SHAME “Honored” is for those elected office holders and bureaucrats that have demonstrated a total disregard for their constituents but should those so “Honored” have a change of direction and actually represent their constituents as they were elected to do then they no longer qualify to be “Honored” in the HALL OF SHAME..
HICoP will be announcing the first inductees into the HALL OF SHAME in early 2021.
